SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
1. Shipping your order
Coolgods ships all the packages via UPS. Orders placed before 4pm central European Central Time (Amsterdam) Monday through Friday (except weekends and holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Although Coolgods will do it’s best to ship the same day when possible.
When ordering , you can specify in the comment field when you want the order to be delivered (morning/afternoon/evening). If an ordered product is not immediately available, Coolgods will first ship the items that are in stock. The backordered items will be sent later. When an ordered item is not on stock you will be automatically notified by e – mail when the item is back in stock. Following you will receive an back-order confirmation with the expected delivery date of the back order.
2. Check order / history
When the status of your order changes (processed/shipped, etc) you will automatically receive an email. Be sure to add Coolgods.com to your safe senders list so that no emails will be lost in your spam folder. In case you want to review your order or order history you can simply logon to your account at Coolgods.com Here you can view your orders in process, shipment tracking number, order history, payment history, etc.
3. Tracking & Trace
Coolgods ships all international parcels with UPS. When your order is shipped you will automatically receive a UPS tracking number of the shipped parcel, with this tracking number and provided url you can simply track and view the status and location of the parcel and when it is scheduled for delivery. Unfortunately it is not possible to select an exact time of delivery. If you wish to change the delivery time, or address you can do so by logging onto the UPS website.
4. Claims / Damage
If you receive a product which is damaged during transit or in the event that something is missing, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the parcel receipt via e-mail: info@Coolgods.com We will help you quickly and offer a sufficient solution.
At Coolgods you have a the opportunity to think over your purchase for a period of 21 days from the date the order is placed. Within these 21 days you can look at your purchase item and if you’re not satisfied with the purchased item you may return it. Returning the item is on your own expense, also the item must be new, unused, in its original packaging with all the original seals, labels, includes and documentation. Return the item by filling our the return form which came in with your order.
After receipt of the returned products these will be checked on packing, damage and / or other abnormalities. This process takes 2/3 business days, once completed you will receive a confirmation email from with a credit note of your purchase. This amount can be used to make another purchase at Coolgods. We do not refund cash money back! On receipt of your purchase, please check immediately if the item is undamaged and completely delivered. If this is not so, we ask you to contact us within 48hrs of the package receipt and report the damage or incomplete product to us.
