Availability:
Products in stock will be shipped the same day as they are ordered before 4pm European Central Time (Amsterdam)

After you’ve placed an order, you can track the status easily by logging in to “MyCoolGods ” During the processing of your order, you can encounter the following steps:

Waiting for products:
The products in your order are on the way to our warehouse. Upon arrival the order will be collected and prepared for dispatch. You will then receive an e-mail with an update of shipment.

Waiting for audit service:
Items which you have sent for return are received in our warehouse. Our service department performs a parcel and product check, after the return is processed and completed you will be informed via e-mail.

Ready to ship:
Your order has been dispatched and is offered to the UPS parcel service the same day.

Completed:
The order is on the way to you or collected by you.
